what our satisfied clients are saying
I recently had the great pleasure of contracting LOUISIANA MARINE CONSTRUCTION to do a major bulkhead construction project on our family property at Prien Lake (Lake Charles, LA). Glenn Beier and his wonderful staff took care of every aspect of the job (design & construction, demolition & disposal, backfill, etc.) perfectly!! They even arranged to have the completed project hydro-seeded for me (at my request) upon completion!! They were a true pleasure to work with, did beautiful work in a timely fashion, and would I use them again in a heartbeat!! Please consider this letter as my highest possible (and unsolicited) recommendation of LOUISIANA MARINE CONSTRUCTION. P.S. Everyone who I spoke with about Glenn Beier & LOUISIANA MARINE CONSTRUCTION (prior to hiring them myself) had exactly the same high praise for their work and professionalism!
It is with my pleasure that I recommend Louisiana Marine Construction for your wharf repair or new construction. They rebuilt my wharf to my exact specifications, and they were very informative about how I could make my new wharf more enjoyable and safe.
Louisiana Marine exceeded my expectations with high quality products, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer service.
Once again, it is my pleasure to recommend Louisiana Marine Construction for your Marine Construction needs.
My name is Eric Stevens and we own two properties on Prien Lake in Calcasieu Parish. Hurricane Laura and Hurricane Delta came ashore in August and September of 2020. Each property had a permanent dock and both were completely destroyed during these storms. Immediately following the storms I hired Louisiana Marine Construction to rebuild both docks_ Each project was substantial in that the existing damaged structures had to be removed including all pilings, deck boards, and roofs. Louisiana Marine Construction began work shortly after the storms and quickly and efficiently removed all the damaged decking and pilings and roof materials. They were able to secure work barges and pile drivers and all manner of materials and labor very soon after the storm. They began work on the 3222 Henderson Bayou Rd location first and completed this initial job in several months. The 4400 West Prien Lake road location was 2" as this project required a 100% complete removal of the existing structure and a redesign and rebuild of the entire dock including pilings, decking, roofing, plumbing, electrical, boat lifts, and cabinetry. The work was completed on budget and on time and was very professional. These were not small projects so I can say with a great deal of confidence I would recommend Louisiana Marine Construction for your dock or bulkhead project.
